These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and okokbet (hereinafter "okokbet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okokbet.vip.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses or uses okokbet's platform, website, mobile application, or any related services. Use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a personal registered account created by a Player on the okokbet platform.
• "Balance" means the total PHP amount held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time, including deposited funds and any credited winnings, less any pending withdrawals.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the okokbet platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by okokbet, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees okokbet's operations.
• "Platform" means the okokbet website, mobile applications, and all related gaming services collectively.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, and ancillary services offered by okokbet to Players.
• "Winnings" means amounts credited to a Player's Account as a result of a successful Bet outcome, excluding Bonus Funds unless otherwise converted under applicable bonus terms.

To register for and use an okokbet Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of okokbet or any affiliated entity;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, issued by PAGCOR or any gaming regulatory authority;
• You have not previously had an okokbet Account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

okokbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming services on okokbet, you must complete the account registration process in full. You agree to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. okokbet reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may maintain only one (1) registered okokbet Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, okokbet shall close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances therein in accordance with its anti-fraud procedures.

4.3 KYC Verification

In compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended) and PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements, all Players must complete identity verification before withdrawal of any funds is permitted. You will be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification (UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS card, driver's license, passport, or voter's ID);
• Proof of registered Philippine mobile number;
• Additional documentation as may be required by okokbet's compliance team, including but not limited to proof of address or source of funds for high-value transactions.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. okokbet will never request your password via any communication channel. You agree to notify okokbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. okokbet shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okokbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods, which currently include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. No maximum limit applies to standard accounts; higher limits may be arranged for verified VIP players.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya typically credit to your Account balance within seconds of successful authorization. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay typically process within 5–30 minutes.
• okokbet does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes following okokbet's security review. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within a few business hours on Philippine banking days.
• okokbet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Processing may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically feasible.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and may not be converted to withdrawable cash unless specific wagering requirements have been fully met as outlined in the applicable promotion terms.

All bets placed on the okokbet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or event type. General betting rules applicable across all games are as follows:

• Bets may only be placed using Available Balance (real-money funds). Pending deposits or funds under security review are not available for wagering.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the okokbet system, it is final and binding. okokbet does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances described in the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a bet, okokbet's decision on the appropriate resolution — including void, partial settlement, or full settlement — shall be final.
• okokbet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, that resulted from a technical malfunction in the odds or game mechanics, or that was placed in a manner that exploits a system error or pricing anomaly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within each game and may be varied by okokbet at its discretion without prior notice.
• For live casino games, the decisions of the live dealer, as captured on the official HD video stream, are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the stream and system records, okokbet's server-side records shall prevail.

okokbet offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published for each offer:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have a verified Account in good standing at the time of the promotion.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms and are typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x wagering).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus amounts and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• okokbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that changes shall not affect bets already accepted under the original terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts will be treated as a violation of the Single Account Policy.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific games or game categories as stated in the promotion terms. Wagering with bonus funds on restricted games will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses in bad faith — including through arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and their Account reviewed for suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okokbet platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Money laundering, structuring, or any attempt to use the okokbet platform for any activity that would constitute a violation of Republic Act No. 9160 or any other applicable Philippine law;
• Sharing Account credentials with or allowing access to your Account by any third party;
• Accessing okokbet's platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to misrepresent your location or bypass geographic or account restrictions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward okokbet staff or other Players through any channel;
• Any action intended to defraud okokbet or other Players.

okokbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and complying with PAGCOR's player protection requirements. As part of this commitment, okokbet provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Limits take effect immediately upon being set. Requests to decrease a limit are processed immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time reminders and maximum session durations to manage their play time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the okokbet platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. okokbet will use reasonable technical measures to enforce the exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Regular session notifications displaying elapsed time and net gaming activity are available for all Players.

All content on the okokbet platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, trade names, game mechanics, and the okokbet brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of okokbet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okokbet platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any okokbet content without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okokbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okokbet shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity resulting from use of or inability to use the platform;
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Any reliance by a Player on information, game statistics, or odds displayed on the platform that contains errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits okokbet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12.1 By okokbet

okokbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any unlawful conduct;
• Instructions from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Inactivity on the account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

12.2 By the Player

You may close your okokbet Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any Available Balance (excluding voided or ineligible Bonus Funds) will be returned to you subject to the completion of any pending security or KYC review.

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or service provided by okokbet, you must first contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Please provide full details of the dispute including your Account identifier, the date and time of the transaction or event, and the nature of your complaint.

okokbet aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. If you are dissatisfied with okokbet's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR's player assistance channels in accordance with PAGCOR's established dispute resolution procedures.

okokbet's internal records — including server-side logs of bets placed, game outcomes, and financial transactions — shall be the authoritative reference for resolving any dispute regarding platform activity.

okokbet collects, processes, and retains personal data from registered Players in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is collected for purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service improvement.

By registering for an okokbet Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in okokbet's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter, as amended), Republic Act No. 9160, Republic Act No. 10173, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

okokbet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okokbet will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on their Account or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by PAGCOR directive.

Continued use of the okokbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
